Ms. Tiffanie Carr teaches the importance of Release, Let Go, and Do Yoga.

Tiffanie is an energetic and passionate yoga instructor with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. Over the years Tiffanie has taught kickboxing, boot-camp, and aqua-fitness classes.

Tiffanie’s first love will always be Yoga, which she’s been teaching since 2007. In 2017, she deepened her study of yoga under the teachings of Ron Reid and Marla Meenakshi Joy at the reputable Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto. Her mission is to help people feel reconnected to their inner power through a Zen mind-body-soul approach.

Born a public speaker, Tiffanie also loves teaching workshops that empower women. Creator of Yoga on Wheels, Tiffanie travels around Toronto, giving talks to women about the importance of being mindful through meditation and yoga. As a Reiki Master, Tiffanie has been called: “A powerful Healer and Light Worker,” by her peers and clients. We all have them: moments in life when we feel change coming. It could be a decision we make, an opportunity we accept, or a multitude of other things that create different paths for us to take on this road we call life. In my case, I’ll share two specific defining moments that changed my course.

It started when I was a child. I was three years old when my mom realized I had trouble speaking. After countless therapist visits, it was concluded I had a serious speech impediment that caused me to utter sounds nobody could understand. This condition also affected my ability to learn.
