Dame Dr. Sheila McKenzie takes a deep dive into the importance of Oral Health.

Dame Dr.Sheila McKenzie graduated from the Jamaica Ministry of Health, Dental training program and worked with the ministry of health school dental health program before immigrating to Canada. In Canada, she satisfied qualifying examination for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), as a registered dental hygienist (RDH)in 1981. 

Early in her practice, she decided that an integrative medicine approach to healthcare delivery was best for her practice and to this end she continued studies into various health disciplines. Her broad base postgraduate training enables her to integrate many healthcare specialties in a unique oral and systemic healthcare practice. She has accumulated numerous credentials which include, doctor of homeopathy, an integrative medicine doctor, internal medicine diploma and many diplomas and accolades.

Dame Dr. Sheila McKenzie has delivered numerous international and national lectures and conferences, appearances on Tv and radio, and written articles in magazines. She was appointed and served as a minister of health and health ambassador under the International Parliament for Safety and Peace for ten years.

Recipient of numerous awards including, Harry Jerome award for Health and Science, Markham Mayor’s, outstanding citizen in the Markham community. the founder of Clinics for Humanity™, current president of the World Organization of Natural Medicine, knighted under the Sovereign Order of Orthodox Knights Hospitallers, for her humanitarian endeavors. Dame Commander for Ontario region and Health ambassador for. the Orthodox Order of Saint Paul, head of the Department of Natural and Humanitarian Medicine at Saint Peter and Saint Paul Lutheran Institute- Lutheran University and Chancellor of the Canadian College of Humanitarian Medicine.
